  1. All Ticket Sales are Final: Please note that all ticket sales for TownScare events are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for ticket purchases.

  2. Transferring Tickets: If you are unable to attend an event and wish to transfer your tickets to someone else, you can do so by contacting our Customer Support team. Ticket Sales​

  1. Eligible Items: We accept returns for products that have not been opened or used. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
